We screen each merchant before onboarding as well as periodically. Our system and processes are also geared toward handling the upcoming regulatory requirements.
Our merchant list is varied and very loyal. As long as the category is listed and legitimate, we have payment solutions for you.
We have always been focused on consistency when it comes to creating relationships with our merchant partners. We have a loyal base with an average tenure of over a decade with us.
Once you register with DirecPay a Relationship Manager will get in touch with you.
The Relationship Manager will send you a LOI (Letter of Intent) & MIF (Merchant Information Form). Post submission of LOI & MIF the Relationship Manager will process them for compliance verification of your website/business, which will be completed within the next 48 hours.
Post verification, the Relationship Manager will explain the documentation process for your business entity. Once documents are received, activation of your DirecPay account will be completed within 4 working days.
You will receive an email with your Live Merchant ID (MID) and Integration Document. The Integration Document explains the process to help you integrate with DirecPay on test and live environment.
You can complete the integration on test and then on live environment using the credentials provided in the integration document.
